If you’ve booked an event or are running one, remember: all event-related questions and changes need to go directly to the event organiser.

After a booking, both organisers and buyers receive each other’s email addresses – so you can chat and sort things out directly. Look in your Junk or Spam folders if you can’t immediately see emails from Book Agility.
